Privacy on this site
This notice covers the tacops.co.il website only - what it collects, how long it keeps it and what is in your control.
The TacOps system itself has a separate, binding terms and privacy document covering the operational data of organizations that use it. It does not apply to a visit to this website, and can be read here.
What is kept when you send an inquiry
- Full name, email address, organization, role, organization size and the approximate number of users - as entered in the form.
- The body of the inquiry itself, and the interface language it was sent in.
- The country code the inquiry was sent from, and the browser type. Note: the IP address itself is not stored.
- The time it was sent.
The inquiry is stored in the website's database, and a copy is sent to our inbox so we can reply. Delivery is handled by an external mail provider (Resend), which holds the message content for up to 30 days for operational and support purposes.
Inquiries are kept for one year and then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time, and we will carry it out.
What is stored in your browser
- Your cookie choice - kept locally in the browser (localStorage) and never sent to any server. It exists only so we do not ask again on every visit.
- Usage measurement - Google Analytics, and only if you agreed. It records which pages were viewed, where you arrived from, the country and the device type. Nothing that identifies you personally is collected.
- If you did not agree, the measurement cookies are not loaded at all - they are not rejected after the fact, they are never created.
You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to see the information kept about you, to correct it or to delete it. A privacy inquiry is answered within 30 business days at most, and usually well before that.
